This website was launched on the 1^st March 2008.  Initially its remit is to promote the cottages which we own on Le Pre Catalan site in Barcares, near Perpignan.  However, I feel that our family links to the management of Le Pre Catalan and the combined wealth of knowledge of the area which we as a group possess, plus the fact that we intend to have a 100% focus on France, mean that we can have a very strong understanding of the market. We are more than happy to be contacted for advice or information about  LePreCatalan, our units or for further details of our experience of the Languedoc Roussillon region.
